Kerri Naslund: Keller Williams

Real Estate Agent

I purchased my first home when I was 25 years old. As a first time home buyer, I had no clue what I was doing. REALTORS and lenders seemed to speak a foreign language. I considered myself at least reasonably intelligent, so I was frustrated by my ignorance of real estate. I became intrigued by the entire home buying process and I began avidly reading every real estate related book I could find, poring over literally thousands of pages. I asked my agent to treat me as if I were family for most of mine live 600 miles away. She took my hand and made sure that there were no stones left unturned. This level of customer service left a lasting impression and an example I have followed to this day. After years of counseling my friends and family on how to get into their first home and then how to use that equity to purchase income property I realized that I needed to take my Real Estate experience and knowledge to the next level by obtaining my real estate license. I work as a real estate professional because I have a genuine passion for real estate and for assisting people who are in the midst of an extremely important and intricate process. In the course of my many years of real estate investment experience, I have consulted hundreds of friends and clients, attended many seminars on real estate investment and practice, and know the homes of the East Bay intimately. My unique combination of experience and education provides me a working knowledge of how it feels to be on both sides of the table, and I work to share my expertise with each client to make their home buying and/or selling process as painless as possible. I love working in a dynamic community with a hearty economy and an exceptionally well educated and eclectic population. When a client decides to purchase a home in the East Bay, I enjoy guiding that person through such an important and exciting process--whether it is a first time buyer or a veteran home owner. When it comes time to relocate out of the area or move to a different home across town, I look forward to helping my clients get top dollar for their home, while working to ensure that each transaction progresses smoothly and efficiently. I own my home and several rentals in the east bay area. I am amazed when I consider the tremendous benefits that real estate ownership offers to people of all walks of life. Whether you are contemplating the purchase of your first home, adding another property to your real estate investment portfolio, or getting ready to sell your home, I would love to assist you in any way I can!
